Ross and Laura have been in conscious relationship for over 20 years and are passionate about creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and others through meditation, embodiment and loving awareness. Together, they draw on decades of personal practice within Buddhist and Taoist traditions and continue to deepen and share their understanding through leading a weekly experiential meditation group within the Buddhist tradition. With a grounded understanding of well-being they offer compassionate and supportive environments for inner exploration, healing and authentic transformation.
